Third man, Silence of the lambs, Straw Dogs to name a few

Thanks...although...I'm not gonna lie...I didn't do that free-hand...I projected the image onto the pumpkin and traced it. :)

I've snagged The Battle of Algiers and Harakiri. And now the waiting game begins. Will it be 2011 or 2012 before I receive my blu's?

Also Peeping Tom from Optimum in the UK.

I'd say "Sweet Smell of Success" given the other noir's you have from Criterion, and "The Magician."

Honorable Mention: Cul-De-Sac...not horror film like Repulsion, but still Polanski in his heyday...

I love B&N consistency, ordered yesterday morning and 'out for delivery' from UPS today. I will give them credit, unlike some other online retailers, they have the items in stock and ready to ship. Every time they have one of these sales, I always seem to get the items the next day, even though their warehouse is in KY and I am 500 miles away. The beauty is I have no membership and used that '10% off the entire order' coupon online. Goes to show that the membership is useless if you order online. From what I am reading in the sale thread, useless in store also. Seems they are not allowing a stack of coupons this time, only the extra 10% off for members.

I might be the only person that would walk up to your home with my kids, and then proceed to geek-out over the Hausu pumpkin, but well worth it I'd say!

This needs a Criterion Blu-ray:

Members get more and, occassionaly, better coupons and free shipping on orders less than 25 bucks. I know some folks are having a hard time getting the stores to accept the 8 dollar coupon when it should apply, but others are actually getting them to take it when it shouldn't apply, more of a ymmv situation than you imply.

The problem is the consistency in the B&N stores, which is the same with other retailers too. They sell you this 'discount' with their memberships (remember these cost $50 normally) then do not accept their own coupons due to how they are feeling that day. At least at Best Buy and other retailers, they do not charge you for a 'membership'. I know they have a free trial, but once it expires, then you are back to square one. Frankly, I have 4 stores near me, but never visit them. Their online site is perfectly fine, shipping is fast and I can use coupons whenever I please, and it costs me nothing to 'sign up'...

"Snagged" would imply that you already have these in your possession, so I will guess 2011.

Time Bandits, The Long Good Friday, Withnail and I...wasn't there a wave of Image titles released on Blu that used to be in the CC?

I may be wrong, but these were 3 of them. Not sure of any others.

Hard Boiled, The Killers, RoboCop, Sid & Nancy, The Rock, Armageddon (not sure if these are OOP, but they are certainly both in the CC as DVDs and also released on Blu by their respective studios)

B&N is far better than Chapters in Canada. The membership is now for 35 dollars, so you can get like 5% off non-book items in dddition to the previous rules. Before, when it was 25 bucks, you got 10% off books in-store, 5% off online, very few coupons, and no sales like this. Their Criterions are all 41.50 or higher.

They now have a "free" membership which gives you 5% off online, and allows you to accumulate points for coupons, but only in-store. Chapters is more focused on selling home decor shit, rather than books now. I've only bought a handful of things from them, because Amazon US/Canada & B&N are cheaper 95% of the time. I only ordered from them recently because I was given a 50 dollar giftcard, and my brother's Christmas gift was about 20 bucks less for some reason.
