Sorry, wasn't sure where else to post this message other than following the earlier comments on the Zavvi spines, but I want to give a
massive positive plug to one of the Blu-ray.com members: drumass.
Not just for the quality of the work that he does but more so for his customer service. I recently bought a couple of custom spine items from drumass and although one didn't arrive he promptly replaced the missing item and offered an additional one due to the error. Outstanding customer service. Thank you.
