I was watching a DVD (Not a bluray disc) and about an hour in, it skipped for about a two seconds, and played normally. Most of the damage is on the edge of the disc, but it didn't look totally scratched up. My question is, do scratched dvds, no matter how scratched, damage the Bluray player in any shape or form?
