Those 1080p caps are from the "old" Shout release and they have been up for quite some time...

EDIT: My bad, you're right! And even the new 1080p looks way better. Nice.

I don't know how way the better is in this case, but grain fans will rejoice...even as I can see how well balanced the IP-sourced Scream Factory was (Still a really excellent disc). The Vinegar Syndrome can look a little more diffuse in darker scenes; some may prefer the clarity of the SF. Other values are really close, especially color.

Thank you for those. I was already giving my hopes to see VS's 1080p disc side by side there. Well, I'm a grain man. So, Vinegar Syndrome all the way! No question about it, but Scream Factory still defense it's place in many ways. I still own Arrow's Limited Edition, so I might upgrade it to VS at some point.
