I was told those were just the HDR on a DV package. No big deal or difference.

I just compared Rise upgraded to Dolby Vision with HDR10 from the disc and they look the same, it's not a remaster of any sort.

Keep in mind Dolby Vision is a HDR format. HDR10 is the "basic" version of it.

I know, it's not about that. It's that DV tends to have some enhancements sometimes. This one doesn't seem to have any of it.
