I enjoyed Gears 4, but I didn't like the tower defense parts. overall the campaign was good, but not great

no interest in a new Halo, I'm more excited to see the X update for the MCC than Halo 6

I'm still on the original Xbox One but should a Halo 6 arrive, then it would be a good time for me to get the X1X (possibly in a bundel ).

Gears is my favorite Xbox franchise, I really love the online play. I thought GoW 4's was awesome and a step up from Judgment.

I didn't really make it thru the GoW 4 campaign tho. I didn't think it was bad or anything its just I would always just hop online when I would play.

Can't wait for GoW 5.

It'll be interesting to see what the newly acquired studios will bring in the future because this was basically another E3, another Halo, Gears, and Forza Horizon games announcement conference (the game pass is pretty cool though). Cool they're making another Battletoads for those who are into that. I was hoping to see more of The Last Night, but maybe due to the controversy last year they decided not to showcase it.

Microsoft had an awesome showing. Yes a lot of the games are 3rd party, but they’ll look good on the X1X. Plus Gears is the only exclusive I care about from MS and the new one looks so good!

Microsoft needs to get someone who's an expert in pacing. Everytime it felt like things got going they'd bring some schmoe on stage to talk about nothing.

Really? I thought both the MS and Bethesda (only mentioned because they're the only two I saw live) paces were great. There's not a single person that talked in either where I thought "oh lets get on with it" besides the Dying Light part and that's simply because I don't care for that series.

According to the Ambassadors Twitter there will be more reveals and announcements on Inside Xbox, Monday at 6pm ET. Didn’t say if that’s today or next week.

*edit* they got back to me. It's today's show. I'm guessing it'll be indie stuff and back compat info. Maybe showing off stuff from the Square Enix show that they might have wanted to show first? I'd love to see DQ11 on Xbox.

Vigor is an Xbox exclusive survival title just announced. The DayZ developer Bohemia Interactive is behind it. Not my kind of game.

Fast Start is not just for Gamepass games. Just confirmed as a system feature and will be available to “most games” in the June update. Currently developers set when downloaded games can be started before they’re finished. This prioritizes the files needed for the beginning of games to let you start them faster. This combined with intelligent downloads are features that won’t get a lot of limelight but will be one of those things we’ll think of down the line as how did we do without them for so long.
