New here - Blu-ray Forum

Just takin time to say hello. Came over here from hd digest, I just got too sick of all the hd dvd fud thats over there, gave me a headache from day to day. So figured I could still get all the blu-ray news on movies here without all the drama.

On another note, there arent any hd dvd trolls on these forums are there, because I'm not sure how much more I can take hearing about that. The stuff they say it gets into your mind and eats away.

I hear you. I got insulted there all the time even I never said anything against HD DVD. People where just bashing each other. A forum should be a place where you can exchange information not to insult each other. I think this here is a great forum.

i tell you what though i have been on the playstation underground forum, and i havent had any problems but i see alot of ppl over there agrue alot and just arent very nice at all answering questions etc. Not all of them, but i think alot of them are just young kids. Kinda makes me mad when your suppose to ask for help and you get where the hell have you been...

yeah and they banned me for some stupid stuff. i got banned once on purpose on my part. but the second time i did nothing wrong. It was this idiot "shungoku satsu" or something some mod. I think this is guy is a lazy fat ass that sits in front of his computer all day just to ban accounts.

I've only been a member here for about a month myself, and I've gotten a pretty warm welcome from most people willing to have a thought-provoking discussion without starting a flame war or attacking people personally. (The only caveat to that is if you mention just about ANYTHING positive about the Xbox 360 on this forum, there are a handful of idiots who are such narrow-minded PS3 fanboys that they'll take any and every opportunity threadcrap all over you.) Other than that, this is a good place to discuss BD.

Most of the members are mature, the threads are interesting, and the discussion is light and honest.

yea the xbox360 is a touchy subject on these forums, but ive seen alot worse IMPO.
