Default digital copy

so ive never had an issue with a digital copy before. I bought the green zone and installed the digital copy but when i went to play it all i got was a grey screen. I read some forums and they said to de authorize and reauthorize the itunes account but still no go. just curious if anyone else ever had an issue like this?

I think this sounds like my first experience with iTunes movies. Do you hear the sound, but have no picture? If this is your problem, try double clicking on the movie title in iTunes before you click the play button. That worked for me.

I can't stand digital copies, I wish I could get a cheaper version of the movie minus the digital copy!

Agree. My digital copies are nothing but coasters. Especially considering that for more than half of them, I've lost the piece of paper with the activation code. (I'd been keeping them all separately somewhere, rather than in the case with the movie, and then I lost them. I'm sure they're around somewhere, but I can't really be bothered to look.)

Those and DVD copies. I just don't need them. And in a few cases, they're problematic, such as when it forces a 3-disc set, which results in those terrible cases with the flap to hold two of the discs.

Perhaps if you didn't remove the code from the case you wouldn't loose them?

I'm not complaining that I've lost them. They were basically trash as far as I'm concerned. Hell, I'm not completely convinced that I didn't just throw them away. I always remove those stupid pieces of paper from BDs when I buy them, because they're annoying.

And like I said, they're around, I just can't be bothered to look for them. I'm now keeping any new ones I get inside my Bourne Trilogy box, and if/when I find the missing ones, I'll throw them in there too and then forget about them again.
