HELP! PS3 Blu-ray lag on the Samsung UN55D6500

I got the TV a few weeks ago, and it doesn't happen constantly, but every 7-10 minutes, the blu-ray I'm watching seems to "hiccup" or "skip" for lack of a better term. I've played around with the settings, but can't get it to stop :-(
I even ordered high-speed hdmi cables, but that hasn't helped either. If you have ANY advice on the matter, or ANY settings to try out, please let me know...it's driving me crazy!
