Default Sony bringing "Persepolis" to Blu-ray?

Amazon has an entry for the wonderful animated film "Persepolis", set for June 24. Can anyone confirm this? I, for one, would love to have this, although my theater experience was poor enough that I couldn't tell how much it would gain via HD.
Blu-ray: 150 (and counting!)

DVD: 266

It's just another placeholder. Sadly it doesn't mean a thing at this point.

It will come eventually, but who knows when. Star Wars placeholders have been up for over a year...

Well, it would mean a double dip for me. The black and white animation should look great on Blu, like Renaissance. Great film indeed!

Most of the "crazy" placeholders don't include a date, this does:
Quote:
Product Details

* Actors: Danielle Darrieux, Catherine Deneuve, Iggy Pop, Gena Rowlands, Sean Penn
* Directors: Marjane Satrapi, Vincent Paronnaud
* Rating:
* Studio: Sony Pictures
* DVD Release Date: June 24, 2008
* Average Customer Review: No customer reviews yet. Be the first.
* ASIN: B0017APPSO
On top of that, this is a recent film (which would point to day-and-date) with an Academy Award nomination.
Blu-ray: 150 (and counting!)

DVD: 266

My exposure to this film has been limited to 2 previews. I'm not one for blind buys, but I'd pick this up immediately.
