Default Pink Floyd: The Wall Blu-ray?

Hello,
Does anyone know if there are plans for The Wall on BD? Do you think there will be much demand for it?

Thanks,
(jonesing for Roger Waters)

I would buy that in a hurry.

By the way, which one's Pink?
When rain has hung the leaves with tears
I want you near
To kill my fears
To help me to leave all my blues behind.
For standing in your heart
Is where I wanna be
And I long to be,
Ah, but I may as well try and catch the wind.-Donovan

I will buy it.

(May keep the DVD as well.... just a bit of a Floyd nut. I've got the Delicate Sound of Thunder on Laserdisc as well.)

I watched this on HDNet Movies, and I thought the print MGM mastered to HiDef looked disappointing, well okay: bad - 'Comfortably Numb' the shot of Pink running on the football (soccer) field had a lot of nicks and scratches, if this had been Criterion, you know they would fixed all the imprefections with the MTI Digital Restoration System they use for their HiDef transfers.

In all honesty. I am not a big Floyd fan. They make some good music that is well written and imagined. But I am not the big of a fan. I appreciate what they did musically, but whenever I think of Pink Floyd I think of the stoner losers in high school and college who followed the latest stoner music trends. You could always tell when a stoner started listening to a band because they would only wear that band's t-shirts. Then all of a sudden, it would change to a new band.

Do not be surprised if some people do not listen to progressive rock. I myself might not be able to name a very famous gangsta rapper even if my life defended on it, as I have no taste for that kind of noise.

I was just thinking about this after pulling out the DVD and suffering through the painful menu system.
