Question PS3 won't play a specific title

I purchased Winnie the Pooh (2011) about 5 years ago and watched it without a problem at that time. Since then, it sat on my shelf until about a week ago when I tried to watch it again but found that it won't load properly.

The disc shows up in the XMB normally and loads the language selection screen and then a short Disney Blu-ray intro with fireworks. After that, a screen prompts me to press "Top Menu or Pop-Up Menu" to skip previews, but whether I let it continue to play or try pressing one of those buttons, the screen goes black at the 0:06 mark of 0:10 and never loads past that. At first I thought I had a faulty disc (not sure why it would play 5 years ago) but I have since borrowed another copy of the same film from my library and had the same exact issue. I'm assuming there is some kind of conflict with the disc and my PS3.

My firmware is up-to-date and I tried resetting the player by unplugging it, as suggested elsewhere. I also disabled the internet but that didn't help. Is there anything else I can do to remedy this issue? I know the PS3 has a "BD Data Utility" folder, should I try deleting that? There was nothing in there named "Winnie the Pooh" but there is a "Shared Cache Data" folder in there with miscellaneous file names; not sure if something in there is associated with this title.

I've watched hundreds of Blu-rays and this is the first time I've ever had a problem getting something to play, so I am really at a loss as to what to do...
