Luke Skywalker: The Force does not belong to the Jedi. To say the Jedi dies, the Force dies is vanity. Can you feel that?

Pre-ordered. Thanks for the update!

I saw the movie years ago and it's been on my mind ever since. It was on my Amazon wish list as a sort-of low priority, so I was caught off-guard when it suddenly went OOP. This package looks fantastic. Love the proposed lenticular effect and hope it looks just as great in my hands.

I'd get it but it's missing special features from the US disc apparently (commentary, Q&A).

By all accounts, it's the best release of this film.
Question is, will this be the Sony release or the inferior Universal, Ad Vitam or Ascote releases?

So, has anyone received this yet? How does the video/audio quality compare to the Sony release? And does it actually not have all of the bonus features (audio commentary, ect.) that the Sony release does? I'm considering getting this version because the packaging is so much better, even though it's more expensive. But, if it doesn't have all of the bonus features, it will be a no go for me.

I received my copy earlier this week. The packaging is indeed very tasteful and classy. There’s a booklet inside with what I presume to be a very nice essay entirely in Korean (naturally). Can’t comment on PQ as I don’t have the U.S. release, but it does have the DTS HD MA 5.1 audio track. It is missing the audio commentary and Q&A unfortunately, but it does have the Behind the Scenes feature. I’m satisfied overall—I’m the kind of person who always goes for the feature-loaded special editions, but I haven’t listened to a commentary since The Return of the King EE DVD in 2004.

I pre-ordered this but I won't be seeing it in person till December because I'm away from home. It looks great from the few pics I saw so I'm quite excited to get my hands on it. The extras sound a bit underwhelming but I do own the North American release so it's no huge loss, I guess.... I'll check out what the essay says too, I speak Korean
