I have plans to get "Mai-Chan's Daily Life" at some point, so perhaps I can confirm that movie's mysterious catalog number.

@Redemption / Salvation
Is anyone on this forum from Redemption/Salvation?
I received an order back in January; two (2) items were back-ordered (noted on the packing list "to follow").
I have been contacting info@coppereyemedia.uk every month since. NO RESPONSE.
Does anyone have a better email address to reach them?

EDIT:
Redemption contacted me. Emails were going to Sage Pay (their ecom provider). Web developer forwarded my emails to someone who responded (from info@salvationgroup.com). They are correcting my missing title issue.

Make note of this address if you need to contact them. info@salvationgroup.com

I own volume 2 and it doesn't have any numbers on the spine. Does anyone know if there are official numbers that go with the Pete Walker Collection Vol. 2 or is it a standalone aberration?

I don't know what it is about this label that makes it seem less accessible than others of its ilk. I think it's the cover artwork not being original poster art in many cases. It's a bit confusing, so I'd like to ask the experts, what are your top choices for Redemption titles that should be in every collection?

I've experimented with Rollin a bit. I actually liked Fascination the best out of what I saw. How about non-Rollin gems? Is Virgin Witch any good? Looks like it might be fun.

Grapes of Death is my favorite Redemption title. Living Dead Girl is really good too. As for non Rollin titles you should go for Frightmare, that one is really solid. Also Hatchet for the Honeymoon

Frightmare, Schizo, House of Mortal Sin and House of Whipcord are all damn good. I was kind of blown away by the first when I saw it since it's never discussed. Pete Walker really should be mentioned on the same plane as the other big horror directors of the 70s. He had a brief run there that stands up against pretty much anyone.

The Rollin flick that is most essential, out of what I've seen, is Requiem for a Vampire.

Completely agree! Also worth mentioning is The Comeback. I consider it right there with the four you listed.

While not from his ‘70s output, I also enjoy House of the Long Shadows. Too bad he quit the biz, but I understand his reasons why.

I still wish they would have QC'ed that title... with that window or whatever flashing in the middle of the screen about a third way in

It seems like it should be more fun than it is.

Despite lots of exploitive nudity, I have never really warmed up to this witch coven flick.
I picked up the Blu low cost and am glad to have it but it's a hard one to recommend.
Vikki & Anne Michelle look good but acting by them and everyone else this is pretty bad ( ditto the script & direction ).

I prefer BURKE AND HARE for (s)exploitation with Hammer's 2nd Carmilla Yutte Stensgaard & Rollin starlet Françoise Pascal romping around naked.
It's pretty weak in most areas too ( dear god that theme song ) but I'm more likely to revisit that one before VW again.

AWFUL DR ORLOF is pretty solid, likewise the recent DIABOLICAL DR Z.
Two of Jess Franco's best 'mainstream' horror films.
