Thanks for all your help. I ordered the miniDSP 2x4, UMIK-1, and advanced 2x4 plug-in. I have already downloaded the plug-in and REW. I'll report back when I have everything.

My miniDSP and mic came in today. Wow, using REW is quite complicated (for me at least). This is going to take some time to get everything figured out.

After letting everything sit and collect dust for a few months I finally pulled the miniDSP back out and got everything set up. I felt like I was in over my to begin with, but finally got my two subs working rather nicely together. I didn't realize how overly boomy they were before. Now that I'm hearing the difference they are definitely much smoother. I was really surprised to see how uneven my bass was. It was quite severe IMO. I think my results turned out quite well, but I'm sure someone more experienced with using REW could do an even better job.
