United Kingdom Uk DVD region-free player?

Hi there,

Just wanted to know if there was an inexpensive DVD region-free Blu-ray player available in the UK?

I'm looking at something (for an ex-partner) that is relatively inexpensive, say under 100 and comes already DVD region-free or can be easily modified to be region-free.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Cheers!

I'd probably recommend going to one of the handset hacks websites and seeing if there's a few current models you can pick up locally. Some of the Toshiba and Philips player are decent bets. You wouldn't have to pay much more than 30 for something with a HDMI output.

I'll have a look around and see what's about.
