Default Dead Again (1991)

Would love to see this Kenneth Branagh-Emma Thompson thriller on blu, Patrick Doyle's score would be superb in DTS-HD!

Renewing a desire to see this in HD...Robin Williams' brief supporting role is terrific.

Selling U.S. Blu digital copies of Boardwalk Empire (complete series) in UV and iTunes flavors for $24.00 a pop. (no trades)

Haven't thought about this one for a while, but would love to add it to my Blu-ray collection.

Apparently not even the Robin Williams scenes can bring this movie to Blu-ray. Almost two whole years since my last post, and NO news, NOTHING.

I think this was Kenneths finest film. I'd like to see a Critereon treatment

Just saw this again on DVD. A Criterion Blu-ray would be awesome. But shall we continue to be hopeful?

Why would you "continue" to be hopeful for something that isn't even a rumor, let alone speculation? You can expect a blu eventually, but why does it have to be Criterion? (Hint: it doesn't.)

Unfortunately, it's Paramount which means hopes for a release are slim.

Unless they license it out, it is. Paramount rarely releases any catalog titles themselves. And they released it on DVD, so Kino doesn't have access to it per their license agreement.

They released Juice, re-released Saturday Night Fever & Dreamgirls, and they are reprinting under their own distibution arm: many of the titles previously under the Warner distribution agreement.

Hopefully you're right, but color me doubtful.

Me too! I own the DVD, but so hard to watch a lot of them now that I upgraded to a 75" set. Bring on the Blu!

Thumbs up Dead Again on Blu, PLEASE!

This has definitely been pretty high up on my BD wishlist for quite some time now. A great suspense/thriller! Sure hope they get to it eventually, regardless of which studio releases it...
Collector of stuff...
