Was in a Charity shop today and they had loads of Blu-rays clearly bought from Poundland.

They were all still sealed and were priced at 4.50 each !

Everything from Harry Hill to Twilight

Did get Apocalypto today for 2 though

The fact that 'Drake & Josh goes to Hollywood' hasn't got a Blu-Ray release in the UK is criminal.

I always thought I was the only one who though Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens looked like the Olson Twins.

0.99 still factory sealed. Nearly passed it up only to remember that the copy I already owned was part of this edition 5x DVD:

Found these in a charity shop. 50p each:

Don't think any are available on bluray in the UK.

Default Did my bit for charity

Got a good haul from the British Heart Foundation, seems to be the best charity shop with a frequent turn around of new stuff

Had a good hunt and found these...

Awesome find with a slip cover

Not bad for only 12

0.50 each. Have owned Howl on DVD since it came out and couldn't resist such a cheap upgrade. Have seen and enjoyed the other four Bourne films so couldn't pass this up either.

Can't get over how awfully photoshopped Jeremy Renner is on the cover of The Bourne Legacy. He looks like his arms are too short for his body.

I'm not sure where the closest charity shop to me is, will do google search. But my local Cash Generator is a good place for 2nd hand DVD's and Blu-Ray's. Have bought lots from them. Prices range from 20p to a 1 for DVD's/Blurays. My best find so far would be an unopened copy of The Bone Collector on BR for a 1 or Ginger Snaps 2 in excellent condition for 20p.

Cash Generator in Carlisle's new price point for things they get in on Blu-ray seems to be 0.99 but full of Poundland guff. Their DVD's have been 0.99 or 10 for 1.00 for a long time, but apart from the occasional decent little score, full of those interactive quizzes and crap like that.

I have noticed a nice drop in prices in Carlisle's charity shops recently where DVDs are all 1 and BOGOF, or 3 for 1 etc. Had some decent pick ups recently from those deals.

All the local Cash Generators stopped stocking Blus & DVDs a while ago, but Cash Converters is pretty good & has a quick turnover of new stock. All their blus are '3 for 2' & most are 1.99, but as you say most of it is stuff from the Poundland three doors down. I got the first 3 seasons of Arrow for 4 last week though.

Their DVD are 5 for 1 & it's usually a case of 'pick up one you actually want & four rubbish titles for the spare cases/ebay', but occasionally they'll put the newer, more expensive stock (which usually sits on a shelf behind the counter) in there by mistake. I picked up Baby Driver, Bad Santa 2, Lost City of Z, The Hitman's Bodyguard & Atomic Blonde for 20p each a couple of weeks ago. Twas a good day!

Not a blu-ray but found this 1986 musical masterpiece on 7" for 0.50 this afternoon.

It's pretty poor but I'm just pleased that for the first time in ages I've turned up some "daft" novelty vinyl of the sort that used to litter our charity shops up until maybe 15 years ago.

Here's the b side. It also sucks. Top choice of Youtube thumbnail though.
