If any purchases help TWF's predicament, there are some titles in HMV's 5 for £30 (3 for £20) deal:

https://store.hmv.com/search-results...hmode=allwords

although Himizu, Love Exposure, Pluto and Lesson of Evil are out of stock atm.

I do recommend The Woodsman and the Rain, The Land of Hope, Pluto and Confessions.

That's exactly what happened, Steedeel.

Anyway, I am not going to respond to what both the very aggressive Cinematt and Eramus Craven said because it will threaten to disrupt this thread and I want to be the bigger man and will allow them to have the final disparaging remarks.

Lets continue talking about how we can help get TWF out of this mess that they are in, friends. That's all I care about

On a personal note, I have enjoyed a great many TW films. The most recent being ‘Fires On The Plain’. It made a cracking triple play with Dunkirk and Hacksaw Ridge (very different angle but jut as good)

I am more a lurker than s poster on here but I can only echo what people are saying about this fine label. I have around 20 films from these guys and couldn’t be happier to have those films in my collection. I am actually watching a TW Blu-ray tonight (Train To Busan)

I bought Tetsuo II just before the blu-ray got released so I never got round to upgrading, but all this talk has made me try to rectify that - but it's OOS on TWF website, amazon and HMV. Really hope the sales issue is just a temporary blip, looking forward to a lot of the upcoming slate (Antiporno, Suffering of Ninko) as well.

You spent a lot of time snitching to teachers and then hiding behind them when you were younger, right?

TWF seem to be cursed unfortunately. They (if my memory serves me correctly) had to drop their webstore... then had amazon distribution issues, licensing issues, and now this, all in the space of 6(ish) months. It's a shame, because they're doing something entirely different to the rest of the market and seem to have a decent support base (if this forum is anything to go by). I hope they can turn it round, and I hope they get their webstore back up in time so they can start earning decent revenue. I know many of us will support them. TWF FTW
As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be Ray Liotta.

Plus I believe the owner Adam was really sick a few months back. Like you said, an incredibly bad streak of unluckiness for one of my favourite distributors. The UK market needs companies like TWF.

I'm in the US and the only way I'm getting some of these movies on blu-ray is because of TWF. Excellent releases, at that. If I see there's a TWF and a local release, I'm still more than likely going to choose the Third Window.

Very good article and so true too. Physical Media is far more important than people realise. The next 20 years will be proof of that.

Third Window Films, you have my full support.

Anybody still looking for the Toshiaki Toyoda box set, base.com have it down to £14.69 right now. They also have a bunch of other TW movies at fairly low prices like Getting Any? for under £10.

Does anyone know if Getting Any? still comes with the slip? I hate to bring up slipcases but all my other Kitano TWF have them and it would be nice to have a matching set. I tried my local HMV but none in stock.
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare?

I'd be very surprised if it didn't, given some of the much earlier releases can still be found with them.
