Dunno if I'd classify her as a mascot (although she was closely associated with PlayStation in the nineties), but Lady Lara Croft is the winner:

I used the term 'mascot' somewhat loosely for some

Take Lara, maybe not an official mascot, but she was essentially the face of the PS back in the day.

Again Guybrush wasn't really a mascot sure. But he was one of the top regular faces for Amiga and PC gaming at one point.

Most choices were at one point everywhere to be seen, for a specific machine. Others were simply well known mascot failures/attempts.

I'd say Crash Bandicoot was more of a PS1 mascot than Lara. Though I love Lara, too!

It was a tough choice between Link or Lara. I went with Link cause Zelda was one of the first games I played on the NES.
