I remember really liking this when it came out, a fun B-movie. Haven't seen it in easily 20 years, looking forward to revisiting it.

A solid suspense film, with a great performance by Hawn.

I saw this when it came out; don't remember much about it.

I do remember thinking the trailer was hilarious, because it used the music from Aliens! A lot of trailers used that music in the '90s, but mostly action movies. Not a wife vs. evil husband thriller!

Nice, will pick this up. I hope that some earlier G Hawn movies will also find their way to blu-ray soon such as Foul Play and Private Benjamin.

This film was rather a comeback for John Heard. After fine performances in BETWEEN THE LINES, HEART BEAT, CUTTER'S WAY, and CHILLY SCENES OF WINTER, Heard gradually gained weight and seemed to be settling into "character" roles. By the time he starred in DECEIVED, he had lost about 50 pounds and briefly re-established himself as a leading man.

I've never heard of this one. I thought I had seen or heard of all of these type of 90's movies.

I really like Goldie Hawn and thought she did OK in this one. The film was entertaining enough I suppose, but I re-watched my DVD copy recently and for me, it didn't seem to hold up as well as I had hoped for.

I'm on the boarder about this one.

One of the lost thrillers from the 90's.

Maybe there's hope for Sidney Lumet's Guilty As Sin.

Picking this up too....but I want Foul Play so bad it hurts. Not even an HD stream anywhere. Private Benjamin is cool too, but Foul Play is one of my favorites. Beware the dwarf.

Since this is being released tomorrow, I thought I'd mention the special features included on the disc (as listed on Kino Lorber site):

Quote:
Blu-ray Extras Include:

Audio Commentary by Director Damian Harris
Original Theatrical Trailer
...not sure a commentary necessarily warrants the "Special Edition" labeling, but hey, I'll take it..

Just got this today and while watching it I noticed the dialogue is very very low while almost all music is way too loud. Not sure if anybody else has noticed this or not or if it was the same way in the DVD.

I noticed this as well. It looks like an older transfer, but overall I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Thanks KL! Now all we need is Dream Lover with James Spader and I'm a happy guy.
