I think March/Early April may pull things up quite a bit -- lots of titles that will push lot of discs and lot of BD/UHD. There just hasn't been anything of Top Box Office release to buy in months, much less all in a short period of time.

Add in a bigger dollar BD/UHD exhibition set like Blue Planet II and several Oscar titles like Lady Bird and Shape of Water though I don't expect the physical disc sales of the latter to amount to much
Thats what i have been saying too. These months has had no Big releases at all other than IT.

I wish there was some way to figure out how international sales impact the overall numbers
i think this is only US numbers

Last year US Disc/EST was 69/31. I would estimate physical sales in the U.S. are anywhere from 1/3 to 1/2 of WW.

Thor: Ragnarok vs. Moana last year. Thor wins, as does Blu-ray over DVD

If these good weeks are only in the single figures, it wonít be enough to offset the many poor weeks that came before.

Yes that's true. But the two good weeks we've had and (hopefully) the ones coming up will have a higher than average revenue, so a single digit increase would have more effect than a single digit increase on a lower revenue week.
