Oh, thought it was broadcast TV, didn't know it was at the base only..
Well, I'm sure that was a good thing

But wait!...
I did only use the Rabbit Ears on the TV in my room to pick it up on the TV, so it had to of been able to of been received
by people off of the Base.

OIC that Article was about the German TV Broadcast.

It's actually quite popular nowadays in Germany after they dubbed it into German.

My mistake, I misread the second part as German TV. I assume Germans could pick up AFN?

Well, I assumed they could too, since I used the TV antena ears to pick it up, within the Base.
I think what that article was all about was when a proper ( actual ) German TV station broadcast it. ( maybe ? )

Season 1

Episode 1
The Gathering

Episode 2
Family Tree

Duncan bails Richie out of jail after he was caught stealing files from an adoption agency in an effort to find out who his parents are. From what Richie read in the files before he was caught, he and Duncan are able to find a man who claims to be his father. Duncan senses that something isn't right, so he hits the streets to find out who this man really is.

Episode 3
The Road Not Taken

Bought:

”Always leave boiled rice out for mice and keep lamps dark out of pity for moths.” The ancients had this sort of concern, and it’s really the whole point of life, generation after generation. Without it, one can only be called a blockheaded carcass. - H.Z.

To argue with a man who has renounced the use and authority of reason, and whose philosophy consists in holding humanity in contempt, is like administering medicine to the dead, or endeavoring to convert an atheist by scripture. - T.P.

I found it in Big Lots yesterday for $3. I had totally forgotten about this film. I saw it once or twice many years ago and loved it.

Yeah, great little action flick...Liotta always plays a good nut lusting after a woman (Turbulence, Unlawful Entry)...actually, some of his performance in Turbulence is a bit too creepy and unnerving IMO (the rape and attempted rape sequences, etc.)...

Did you ever see the sequels to this? They're beyond laughable; one of them actually has a strange Marilyn Manson-esque character who leads a death metal rock band on a chartered commercial jet while fanatical fans who are onboard get knocked off by a killer during the flight...

The first Turbulence actually has a decent widescreen transfer from HBO/Rysher, as well as an effective Dolby Digital 5.1 audio mix that adds a ton of atmospherics during many key sequences on the plane, such as the creaking of the fuselage during the storms, the banging of items in the airplane's cabin, roaring engines passing overhead and more.
