Dr. No issues...

I just bought James Bond Bluray Volume 1 and I found a frame issue on the Dr. No disc. Particularly,there seems to be a frame issue at 00.24.13-00.24.14 (chapt. 7), exactly at the point when Connery says "Who is the man with Strangways?". It looks like a frame is skipped/missing (as he puts down the picture).
A friend of mine who also bought the same collection from the same store (HMV) reports the same problem.

Has anyone else noticed this? The disc doesn't have any visible blemishes, so it could be a problem with the matrix. I just want to make sure, before I try to have it replaced.

I did a search in the forum, but I couldn't find another thread about this, so I posted it here because this is the Canadian Section...
