Halloween II Blu-ray Review

Just got word of the January release date for this flick. I hated it in the theaters, but I have to have it next to part one on my shelf.

Sounds good. I never saw it but will definitely check it out. I'll probably rent it first, based on the things I heard about it.

On a side note, I wish the Blu of the first one had the theatrical version on it.

I agree. I thought Michael's escape in the theatrical was way better than the rape scene

This is currently in the cheap theatre close by, can't decide to go see it or just wait for the Blu.

I quite liked Rob Zombie's first outing

Zombie's been talking about his Director's Cut coming, and how it will make the movie different from the theatrical version.

Hopefully Blu gets both versions in the U.S., not just the Director's Cut like with the original film.

Im hoping for some BD Live activity for this release. Zombies first one has the option, but keeps telling me to check fo updates.

I was hoping to have had this out now instead of January but we couldn't because they rereleased it in theaters

Very true..A great example is this movie..killed off the Halloween franchise reboot.

haha i do agree with you on this.. however house of a 1000 corpses was decent, wish i could say the same about the rest of the garbage he makes

Yeah I got theatrical one on blu ray off amazon.de!it's a steelbook edition aswell so well worth the £18 I payed!!
