To play coop you'll most likely need to be within 10 Soul Levels of each other. Then whoever needs to beat the boss enter the world in Body Form. The other person enters the world in Soul Form and uses the Blue Eye Stone. Assuming you're within 10 levels of each other, easiest way to play with each other is to start a chatroom. That way you can tell the other person where and when you're putting down your Soul Sign.

Not really on topic nor off, but here's a sad story: I bought this game for a friend (asian version) when it launched. I live in Brazil and got it from play-asia. My friend was dying for it and loved it, said it was the best PS3 game at the time, besting his favorite, Uncharted. A few months later he turns very religious because of his girlfriend, stops playing and destroys ALL his games (he was the most videogame addicted person I've ever known, he had almost all systems and hundreds of games, some worth a lot of money).

3 months later I finally buy my PS3. Couldn't he have given me Demon's Souls?
And all the other games, for that matter!!

Now I don't know if I buy the game or not... since the best part seems to be the multiplayer and I don't have enough play time to really appreciate it

The worst of all is that he's my SECOND friend that did this!!! The other one was almost 10 years ago. Always couldn't believe he destroyed his Diablo 1 box, that one was awesome...
