I just grabbed a 50 X1.... hoping no buyers remorse. its cheap enough i doubt i will tho, can always have it turn into an oversized bedroom TV when LED prices come down in a few years... until then i was accept 90+% of the functionality for 50% of the cost...

Don't know if it is still available but I picked up a Samsung 50" 1080p Plasma from Sears with Bing Cash Back of 20% the other day, for less than $700.00 I believe the regular price was $869.00.

That was a great deal. Why pay for a 720p when you can get 1080p for the same (or less) price? Too bad these types of Bing deals are few and far between.
Genius has its limits, however there is no limit on stupidity.

I found an HDTV for a friend on Thanksgiving night at Bestbuy.com. 60"Mitsubishi 1080p and 3D ready for 700.00 and change. Got free shipping too. beautiful picture.
