There are Walmart Supercenters around here, but I visit one of those less than once a month, and when I do, very rarely does my bill exceed $20 (I do most of my general shopping at MEIJER for food, and Target for just about everything else. I try to to avoid Walmart whenever possible )

Well I'm in construction, so as long as I don't go too crazy I sweat off anything I eat or drink. If I worked in an office, I'd eventually have to work from home like Homer did.

Was able to get a ps3 with uncharted and MOH (leftover from black friday) + the $100 GC. Was pretty stoked about that. I arrived at like 815 and asked if I could grab one a little early and the clerk said they had been selling them since 12:01 AM. Kind of annoying that they aren't even following their own advertisements. I would have been pissed if I hadn't gotten one, especially since I had been there at 6 pm scoping out the scene and left to come back. Oh well, it worked out in the end.

My PS3 from 2007 bricked on Friday night, so I went to Walmart today to see about that $100 gift card deal. They were out of PS3s but had the Wii/$75 deal. I'd been wanting a Wii, and I figured I could pick up a cheap BD player with the gift card and figure out what to do about the PS3 situation later.

I got the Wii and gift card, went back and grabbed a $120 Blu-ray player and went back to the checkout. Lo and behold, I got a $40 gift card for buying the BD player, so it only ended up costing me $5 plus tax (or it will after I use the second gift card.)

Some people were able to go back with their receipt and get the gift card as an adjustment... Although it ended already so I guess that's not an option now...
"The Minneapolis Lakers moved to Los Angeles where there are no lakes. The Oilers moved to Tennessee were there is no oil. The Jazz moved to Salt Lake City where they don't allow music. The Oakland Raiders moved to L.A. and then back to Oakland; no one in Los Angeles seemed to notice. Continued expansion diluted the talent pool, forcing owners to recruit heavily from prisons, mental institutions, and Texas."
