After weeks of waiting for nothing (no replacement email ever showed up) in my email account.
 Say--I bought this f***ing disc from Best Buy...I went ahead and just walked into my local Best Buy with the offending disc in-hand (got the case sticker as I entered by security--natch) went to the blu ray section and plucked one replacement copy of "Starship Troopers" and got them to exchange the bloody disc! Screw you Sony! Take your crap back already!  ...and yes, this disc is NOT defective!
