One trick to better your chances of receiving things from any AZ in a decent-size box (especially if you're ordering internationally) as opposed to those flimsy fold-overs is to put something bulky in the order (box sets work well)

For example, The Godfather movies are only ~$30 shipped to the US from AZ.co.uk
Region-free, same exact content as our $60 version too I believe... just in fat cases I'm sure

Only Audio track I can see on the disk when going into setup is English DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 and English Descriptive.

Can't see any foreign languages on it.

How does the spec card normally fix to the steel ? Is it glued or tacked on ?

I've never bought a steel without printed artwork before and it seems like a pain in the arse when you want to open the steelbook with the card attached.
6.1 Set-up
Panasonic TX-L47DT50B 3D LED TV.
Sony BDP-S790 Multi-Region 3D BD Player.
Yamaha RX-V673 Reciever.
Centre KEF Cresta 20c.
Fronts KEF IQ5
Surrounds KEF HTS2001.3
Subwoofer KEF Kube 2

It uses that stupid glue type stuff, but it's relatively easy to remove.

Mine just arrived, from IndigoStarfish.

Very luckily, it wasn't damaged at all, which is amazing when considering how loud a thud it made when it came barroling through the letterbox.
