Default 3-D printer. WTF?

Real, or sheenanigans?

Because Calamari Marionette Ph.D sounded pompous, that's why.

I've just finished up with a masters of architecture degree - we have one at my school. Students create a file and the 3d printer goes to work.

I don't think this really fits strange or humorous just technology advancing.

Most impressive! After seeing the example above, I realized it can be used help illustrate difficult to see mathematical concepts such what we find when talking about knot theory.

So now, we should wait for the 4D version with added flavour for example.

A "homemade" 3d printer.

http://revision3.com/tbhs/3dprinter

I have even seen some online made from Lego.

Here is some info on some of the open source 3d printers that can be used in a home enviroment
