eddie ferlong dying...i would have loved a happy ending on this movie..

Yep, that was quite evident in the basketball challenge scene. I found myself rooting for Norton and his buddies. I think this film should be required viewing in high school, but the violence and language is so extreme that it would never happen.

i was in HS for my freshman yr in ny then transferred to nj for the remainder of it and both schools i remember would show this in history class

My steelbook has something between the back of the steelbook and the cardboard card. I don't want to open it up if it's not normal. Is something supposed to be in there?

I'm having trouble sending the picture from my phone to my mac mini. The string is between the slipcover and the box on a sealed copy. It winds its way from the top to almost the bottom in an S-pattern. It's about 1mm thick.

I suppose it could be. Ordered about 10 Steelbooks so far, none opened yet (but will be for personal consumption), and no other with this issue.
