I personally don't recommend the varadus subs when the SW250 can be had for 299.00. I think that one will mate well with your jamo setup imho.

The SW 250's and above are made of superior materials...and for the price it can't be beat.

Just picked up a pair of new EVO2-50 tower speakers. Great deal ($999 PR) and service, found out in Chicago that there is a local distributer for Wharfedale so i paid them a visit and picked up a sweet pair of new speakers.

From what I can tell so far they are built really nice, they are heavy and came packed so exquisitely. They had these cloth bags on them for protection in the boxes that were drawn up and hand tied in a bow, the English do things just so. The sound, I got to listen some last night and they will need a little time to break in for the bass to come alive. I only have about 30 mins on them so far. But they seem extremely musical. Love the sound of the soft dome mid range and tweet that these have, they are 4 way speakers. The imaging and sound stage has me very impressed already. I will get some pics up soon.

Comming soon Amp, and Rega RP-1 TT.

Pics of unboxing and temp set up of speakers, waiting to finish my listening room and getting rest of equipment.

From what I can tell they are pair #24 Been so used to the Mirage ODM which I still think are some of the best multi channel speakers for home theater use. But in stereo I forgot how good direct speakers can put the artist right in front of you. With the soundstage being unraveled with the various insturments and around them.
