I updated the Template in Post#507. Added 1mm to spine. Let me know how it turns out.

I find 8mm width is good enough for the spine. Ordered some double sided tape, using the pritt stick gives a cloudy finish.

Thanks! I see the resolution of the template is 783x483 but it's useless if I don't know the maximum height OR width in cm or inches. Could you please say what is the definitive height so I know for sure it fits inside?

What do you mean ?

I used to mess around on Photoshop from a young age. Source Code will provide a chance to be more creative other than just using stock photography.

My first attempt. Gonna try it on my V for Vendetta steelbook as I don't like the inside art that much. Will try both these and see which ends up looking better:

The first one definitely. Don't like the filter on the 2nd one at all, doesn't suit it.

Neither !

Personally i dont like any of them. V for Vendetta has so many images and concepts in which you can choose and all you do is go for 2 very minimalistic images which don't have a binding element to each other.

The beauty of inside artwork to me, is that you let an image go through the whole length of the steelbook and not choose for 2 stand alone elements

I agree, but from the options he gave us!

I haven't seen the V for Vendetta steelbook, I presume it's this one after a google ?

If so, you already have a good 'V' on the back, doesn't need one inside. One good trick is to google image the title of film, and re-define your search by looking for images larger than 8MP.

I did want something minimalistic and that's what I aimed for. The face is iconic and the V is the placeholder for the disc.
I'm not planning on attempting the spine yet and an image that goes the length of the steelbook with a space for the spine won't look good either. Once I get to that stage I'll think about flowing artwork.

I don't mind that you don't like the designs, that's fine, I can understand they're simplistic and probably amateurish for a first attempt.

Sorry, if ya feel offended. Not my intension at all, just gave my opinion.

Yes the face is iconic, so why not show that more?

Yep that's the one, other than being the disc placeholder, the V for me goes through the steelbook and like a something painted on clear glass, can be seen from both sides!

I'm sorry guys, I'm not a big SB guy, so I don't follow the thread regularly.
Can you guys help me find the templates for the artwork?
