That is odd. I just tried putting in an order and the order page automatically gave me three options for international shipping. I've ordered from B&N in the past as well and have never experienced what you describe.

Yeah that's the problem When I pick one of the two and click on 'continue checkout', it won't let me. It keeps refreshing on the same page. Acting like I didn't choose an option.

never go it, but I emailed B&N and they shipped out a repalcement right away at no charge, the other copy got lost in the mail, it included the slipcover.
