Why would one purchase this PF60 over the PF30 (other than the increase in available outlets)? Layman's terms would be appreciated, as I'm not familiar with things like a "Phase 6 PureFilter™."

Forgive my ignorance, I'm still a newbie when it comes to power conditioners.

Having a hard time picking this or the APC H15. So far this is winning with the lifetime warrenty aspect. Any other input?

It's back up to $186. But Belkin is running a sale on select power product and cables. Use coupon code "BIG GAME" on the Belkin website and it knocks down the price of the PF60 to $150 (plus tax and shipping). Not as good as before, but still not too bad.

I was going to get the APC H15 for the HT we are building (I have an H15 in our family room), but I'll have to look into this unit and look at comparisons between the two.

Based on just a quick skim through some of the threads, it seems, among other differences, that the APC H15 has the AVR, whereas the Belkin has cleaner power?

Also, the Belkin is about half as expensive.

OK, I decided to give this a try and ordered one.

FYI, ebates says this sale price expires on 3/17.

I don't know if the info on ebates is accurate or not, but the Belkin deal is about half way down the long list of current deals on buy.com's page on ebates.
