Shark Tale

I did really like this when it first came out, but now... yeah it hasn't aged well. The pop culture references were sometimes amusing at the time, but are now terribly dated, the product placement is annoying, and did they have to design the characters with faces to resemble their voice actors? Another DVD for the charity shop I think.

I do indeed. I've got two copies of season one of the Fringe on BD as well. I would have doubled up on My Name Is Earl as well as the box set was going cheap today but I opted for Chuck instead! Same thing with Californication I have season one but will probably grab a multi season box set at some point.

I've been trying to avoid picking separate seasons of shows I like so it's not much of a waste buying seasons again. But I bought Chuck Season One in ASDA a few months back for £9 (it's still unopened!).

There have been some fantastic TV bargains in the last few months I saw 30 Rock in Tesco for £2 and the 1-4 season set was less than £15 a few weeks back but I have them separately (season five is out in a few weeks as well).

Only thing is I hate missing out on slips when I buy multi season sets!

Bought: Mario Bros region 1 for £4.27 including p&p

Know there are other versions (region 2) on Amazon but they were going for a minimum of £14.96 not including p&p. Can't understand why such a difference in the price..

Yet another reason why I love my multi region DVD player

'Stop Or My Mum Will Shoot', came in the post on the weekend.

Been getting quite a few 80's and 90's movies lately like Interspace and War Games, really bring back some good memories...

Having some of my sci-fi friends over on Saturday and I can't wait as some of these movies will go perfectly with my 80s/90s sci-fi themed movie night...
