Actually that was my excuse Office was closed today but it is too busy to shut completely down (we'd never recover). So the crew came in for 5 hours today.

So what receiver are you looking at getting John? What makes the XT32 so special over regular Audessey? Is room correction giving you that much trouble with the Elite?

Let me answer this for John. The newer Audyssey enabled AVRs with XT32 also come with Sub EQ HT as one of the features. It has the ability to EQ 2 subs independent of each other then sums their output so the XT32 does a much better job applying the correct filters for the entire system.

It's the way XT32 handles two subs.

LOL noooooo not me! Eric is looking to get new subs, and John is looking for an AVR. If anything, I'm considering a TV and (at some point) speakers.

At work.

Next for me is a 1080p PJ, but it will be a while. Gonna have to put in a drop ceiling I think to cover the mess of wires, and get an electrical outlet put up there. Ceiling is concrete here, no way to go behind it. Also thinking putting a stand behind the love seat, and just running cables under a carpet. Really just need a new house with a man cave. Living in an apartment is not great. But it is 4 mins from work.

What size TV are you looking at?

It's beginning to look like they'll be asking me to take over a whole other department It's getting a bit outside of my comfort zone, but I'm willing to give it a shot. The department has been in serious need of an overhaul for years now, so I'm going to have my work cut out for me.
