Haven't had a drink in two weeks. Beginning of the month was one drink a week. Read that your liver is really important in weight loss. When it is battling the poisons from booze and cannot help do what it does to burn fat and shed calories, and whatever it does.

Eat 6 times a day now. Before I only ate lunch and dinner and maybe snack on junk food at night. Hardly ever ate fruit. Now:
Breakfast: milk and cereal, or oatmeal and raisins, or plain yogurt and 2 boiled eggs
Snack: fruit
Lunch: rice, meat, veg, etc. (I'm not so hungry, so I eat less.)
Snack: cheese and crackers, or almonds and Craisins, or a boiled egg and orange
Dinner: similar to lunch, or 6" Subway, etc.
Snack: fruit and almonds, 1 boiled egg and yogurt, celery with peanut butter, etc.

Lost 5 kilograms in March.

Looks like you got the diet down. I usually have a light breakfast and Subway sandwich for lunch (Jared's favorite subs like roast beef and black forest ham) and a not so heavy dinner. In between meals I eat either fruits or yogurt for snacks. I haven't had any alcohol for a month and I have skipped sodas and juices too. Let's see how long this lasts.

Hey Lawrence I did not know that. I haven't been here a lot lately. I took some time off from work and had to entertain some relatives from out of town.

Too bad for Wabo, the weather this week was kinda so-so, sunny then rainy. In fact it is raining pretty hard right now.

Well what do you know, it's raining on both coasts.

Did you see MI:4? I'm looking forward to the BD. I'm sure the AQ and PQ will be good.

Totally agree with you. I'd gladly double dip on the first three if they get re-released with lossless audio.

I didn't expect MI4 to be released that soon but I sure am happy that it is.
