I would be very surprised if there are English subtitles on this set. I don't think any of the previous French sets (Trilogy and Quadrilogy) has had any subtitles other than French (I have the regular 4-disc set, which has the 4 amarays in it, but haven't gotten around to actually watching it yet). One of the movies (I think it was the 2nd) even had French text in the movie itself.
