It's cheaper at Amazon UK when they take away the Value Added Tax at the checkout page (78 GBP) and you don't need to make an order now. So there's plenty of time to make a decision

Hmm ... where you did read/hear that these discs are region locked?

Not all the amazon.uk Bond blurays are listed on the master region lock list here, but everyone on the list has been reported to be region free with the exception of Quantum of Solace.
