Have been walking and working out, but not last week.

So, still looking for cooking ideas. What has the wife been cooking?

Just your normal fare. I'll give you a run day later when I get back home this evening.

Still thinking on shepherd's pie, why I had some ground beef out. But changed my mind and made burgers.

Normal fare for you is rare for me.

I know Travis but you did choose to live there. I did eat the leftover Shepherd pie on Thursday evening. It was better the second time.

More than five years, I think. I have ring about the date once or twice.

I had a can of baked beans nd a hot dog yesterday for lunch actually. The brand here sucks, Flavorite. Would kill for some Bush's baked beans. Great commercials. My mom had a good recipe, may need to call her.

Hello Fern, yes we just had a huge downpour an hour ago. There was a waterfall coming off the roof where I work and the radar really did not show such a downpour. But what is important is we really need all the rain we can get. So it's a good thing.

So who are you rooting for in the soccer ....er....I mean...football matches?

Here is hot as hell today , well it was good all over the weekend and since there was the Montreal grand Prix , there was a lot off ppl in town and some several shows on the streets .

I will always root for this flag , but sometimes more with the heart rater the head . Since my family has a history of playing soccer myself included i always love to see a good match .

I watched some of the race yesterday. It look like a great day. You should go see the Nascar race coming to your town soon. It's a fun time.
