Good price on Despicable Me and Tree of Life - around $10 shipped. Are both of those BRs region free?

It's gotten even better. They dropped the price and it works out to approx $50.27 shipped to California. And they list it as region free. I'd be tempted but I have all the others and I would want the 3D version of the Avengers, not the 2D that looks to be in this box set.

Thanks for the info about Harvey. I am thinking about that. A shame they didn't give this title a digibook. Btw, The Pillow Tallk and The Sting digibooks are less expensive from Amazon UK. The only real difference is that the American versions have the DVD and the digital copy, both of which I am fine without.

Oh, and I got Cleopatra from them and it looks and plays great.

I would be 99.9% certain its region free, Everything but Avengers is confirmed region free and noting the release and Disney NOT locking new releases anymore, I would say yes, it will be region free

Tree of Life shows Region A and B locked. Despicable Me is listed as region free.

i preordered the avengers just in guess it turns out to be the 3d versions of each film inside the box, then I can sell my other movies for around the same price as the set and maybe come out ahead

According to this thread on the UK forum, the new set is region-free like the old one (says so on the box). Much like here, 1 & 2 appear to have more features; 3 has less.

the crazy thing is on amazon.co.uk. the new re released spiderman 2 blu ray is the same price separately then the trilogy is and pt 3 is actually more then the trilogy

First time I've seen them and it seriously makes me want to get those just for the covers seeing as most of them are 12 each, or the boxset of Scott pilgrim, Wanted, Hellboy 2, and Kick ass is only about 40 shipped or 10 each.
