I've just received my Harold & Kumar Blu Ray double feature today in the post, not bad considering I only ordered it last Friday

Gutted they're now out of business but I'll just use Amazon.co.uk from now on.

Typical, my first and coincidentally, last order from this place it closes down. It was shipped on June 1st, though, so I should probably receive it at some point.

I received my last order from them today so hopefully others will come too. I also placed the order on June 13th so I think it's the fastest delivery I've received from them (they tend to be quite slow unfortunately, and in the past I've ended up waiting for 1-2 months in order for my orders to arrive, which is why I mostly purchase from another site instead).

If talking about refunds, that's what my orders says too, just "deleted". But they were refunded in full yesterday.

Well it is for me I only ever bought two movies from PlanetAxel the rest have come from Allmymusic on Amazon.co.uk. I don't go for steelbooks or anything like that so I can still use Amazon.co.uk, prices on there aren't two bad plus I only ever buy things one at a time under £15 so don't get charged with customs.

I placed a big order around the start of May and the last 3 titles from that order and now pending refund on PayPal (will know next Thursday if I am going to get my money back) but my order for Total Recall from the 16th May has not been refunded so have started a claim for it through PayPal.

Got the emails saying I would be refunded, but nothing as of yet.

i have 4 orders shipped from June 1st still waiting to arrive. odd as a order i made on June 11th i received days a go.

Have 8 refunds still to show on my card , about £120 worth or so

I am in the same boat. A June 1st dispatch still hasn't arrived. I'm not worried about it though, it's probably travelling via some poor bird and he's had to rest somewhere due to extreme fatigue.
