Watching Rock n Roll Hall of Fame 25th, Metallica with Lou Reed, Ozzy, and Ray Davies.

Hangover movies are okay, but watching them once or on cable is enough.

Screw the Alleged ROCK n ROLL HOF. More like the Hall of SHAME or NO CLUE. (Madonna, RUN DMC, are ROCK ACTS??!!) When ROCK Bands that have stood the serious Test of Time like KISS, YES, RUSH, IRON MAIDEN, to name a few, are NOT yet there is a freakin' Joke. The Induction Ceremonies can be funny with the speeches, & sincere with the Inductees getting a chance to talk & thank whomever, or talk about certain things or people - but overall, that place has NO CLUE 99.999% of the time...

I know you hate the RRHF, I really don't care either which way, but it is a grat BD! They could call it, Stupid Concerts for Shitheads and I'd still buy it.

First of all, Clueless Joe Jackson, Look up their website & see who is actually in that "ROCK & ROLL" Hall of Fame. You'll be f----in' Shocked & Saddened, & then, that shock will turn into Hysteria at the Inclusion of some of those "artists" (most of which are either R&B, Hip/Hop, POP or Top 40 Music Acts, & Many who were "big" for barely 5 minutes YEARS ago). And after, if you really go consider yourself a lover of ROCK & ROLL bands, you should feel exactly the same way every other Fan of ROCK & ROLL Music & Bands does (not Just yours truly, the Aerodude ).

Am a fan of Rock...given what you say about the Hall of Fame, I really no reason to look up anything. I'm sure I will be shocked, and maybe a little angry. Ignorance is bliss. Just let me enjoy The Boss!

I'm not gonna boycott these BDs; even if they were put on an old diesel boat spilling oil all the way from LA to Taiwan as the crew clubbed baby seals just to deliver it to me, still gonna enjoy it. Just a joke, clubbing baby seals is wrong.

You definitely have a lot of things going on and one of those things is a new Kiss album. How would you describe ‘Monster’ from your perspective and when can we expect to hear the album?

GENE: Paul produced it, because he’s got a clear mind and time to think in those terms. I don’t have the ability and the attention span anymore to do that. We’ve both produced outside the band and both [have] produced Kiss albums before, but this was the right decision. [The material is] all band-written. We sat together in the same room for the first time in decades and came up with some pretty classic stuff. It could be one of our top two or three records ever.

It’s going to be the year of the ‘Monster’ when the album comes out. You’ll hear everybody in the band singing lead. Everybody co-wrote the songs – that includes Eric [Singer], our drummer. It really is a band record. My favorite records are band records where nobody is trying to take over and push their weight around.

There’s also going to be a 10-hour DVD called ‘Monster’ coming out, which is going to be ‘Kissology’ number four, the fourth one in our series. The first three sold 20-times platinum – they’re monsters. There’s going to be a four-foot book – literally – called ‘Monster.’ It’s so heavy that it has its own legs, because you physically cannot pick it up. It weighs, get ready for this, 45 pounds.
