got my pre order in for cinderella and lorax with 10%. also called in and got them to apply the 10% off to and order i did a week ago.

Is there away to ask them to send the Steelbooks/Metalboxes in a padded box? I am sick of receiving them dented.

Wow... no Viva case haters in here yet? Are people finally learning to not threadcrap over this stupid obssession with the "it must be steelbook or it's garbage" attitude?

i have sent several complaints to the head office about there cheap packaging the use to ship stuff they always just say thanks for the feedback will looking to using something else but nothing ever happens even the manger of the movie department at my local futureshop sent one because she got sick of me coming in there 2 or 3 times a month to exchange cracked cases they still did nothing

I emailed them with my order #s and asked them to pack my items in a box and they said

Thank you for contacting Future Shop in regard to your inquiry. We apologize as orders are packaged at the warehouse. Please accept our sincere apologies as we can understand how frustrating this could be.

So, no luck there.

I'll use that email of yours and give them a spam or 2.

You live a few hours away and packages sometimes take 3 weeks to arrive?!

yup I'm in London the warehouse is over in missasuga if u only order 1 movie they send letter mail when i ordered my lion king metal pack took 3 weeks to show up. one that i ordered from bb was the same. if u order 2 or more they cant send letter mail because its to thick to fit though the mail slot. but the fact they use letter mail at all is just them cheaping out to save a couple bucks. amazon has never used letter mail for nothing.

spaming them is they only thing i can think of to get them to charge there packaging. they have the poorest packaging out of any bunnies i have ever had to deal with heck even people on ebay pack things better. at the least if there going to keep using them cheap envelopes that are thin as tissue paper though could at least wrap the stuff in a thick blanket of bubble wrap that would probly stop alot of the damage.

Not directly from FutureShop. You have to get someone in Canada to buy it for you and send it over. Check the GROUP BUYS forum subsection for an opportunity to get it.
