The colors I was referring to were actually the hue of the background. From what I can tell one of them appears to be a blue tinted color while one of them is more of a grey/smoke colored background. When I wrote this i looked up on my shelf and noticed the version I got from FS (I believe it's the exclusive one, but not sure to be honest) happened to have a blue background.

It's also entirely possible that I am either blind or retarded, so if no one else sees the difference I am talking about, please ignore me.

I can definitely see a difference in the colors. Although it might help your cause to post at least 1 clear picture.

"The Minneapolis Lakers moved to Los Angeles where there are no lakes. The Oilers moved to Tennessee were there is no oil. The Jazz moved to Salt Lake City where they don't allow music. The Oakland Raiders moved to L.A. and then back to Oakland; no one in Los Angeles seemed to notice. Continued expansion diluted the talent pool, forcing owners to recruit heavily from prisons, mental institutions, and Texas."

Hey. Just came back to pick up an ISPU for a few SteelBook. When wondering around, I noticed a sticker on the restocked Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. When comparing the two with the ones they had from the previous wave, I noticed a blue hue. So it might be that additional content for the Dark Knight Reborn:

Does one of them have a different UPC code sticker on the back?

What is Dark Knight Reborn?

Also, isn't this going to seriously piss off everyone who just bought the steelbook without the bonus content?

I must say you can see the difference in the two, also the Dark Knight Reborn sticker being on it makes it obvious there is a difference, also the price sticker is different. I'd like to get the different one just cause of that bonus content. Some one needs to pick one up and unbox it.

These steelbooks have been out for weeks. But the sticker is brand new. So those who bought them weeks ago must be pretty pissed right now. I would be.

I'm just curious as to what The Dark Knight Reborn is. Anyone know?

The Dark Knight Reborn is supposed to be a documentary about the batman movies my guess is its like the superman one they came out with like 5 years ago. Ill stop by Best buy Tomorrow and see if i can find a copy before i go to see The Amazing Spiderman. If i find it ill post pictures.

I don't have a pic of the back, but it has a different UPC sticker on the cardboard backer. Does the OP notice this on the back on their SteelBooks?

Perhaps the later ones were printed for this Bestbuy exclusive content and a few found their way into the non-exclusive content distribution?

I think all 'reborn' is, is an upcoming documentary that will be included on 'the dark knight rises" blu release. Even the sticker states that its about the "trilogy", of which the third installment is not even out yet.

Thank you for the photo comparisons. I saw the new steelbook over the weekend and posted about it in another thread.

Do these new batman steels come complete with inside artwork?

Personally I did not see any difference between the two covers on either version. All looked the same to me.

I don't think it'll be with Rises. Warner will of course make a Trilogy set for these three movies and I think the Reborn documentary will be exclusive to that set.

The Dark Knight Reborn preview is an online featurette, included on the ultra violet slip, it is not a bonus disc nor included as extra content on the discs, the steelbooks are sligthly diffrent, because they were printed at two diffrent times.

Well screw that! Back it goes! Thanks for the info.

I'm sure that you'd be willing to share the info with the rest of us though right?
