I know that this show has a devoted following, but at every store that sells used DVDs and Blu-rays, I always see many copies of Seasons 1 and 2. Amazon has more than 250 used listings of Season 1 (and almost 100 third party new listings). Market conditions will play a big part in Warner's decision to release the first half of Smallville on Blu-ray, though I agree that it's odd that Season 5 hasn't shown up yet.
