Always a pleasure to see what you post. So far the one you dropped on Russ' thread looks the best so far. I'm still catching up on the other ones.

It was 88° inside your home? You need to get that AC looked at.

Actually coming from Mexico where the temp was in the 90s but the heat index was all the way up to 108 at one time, 90s here in the Bay Area with low humidity isn't that bad at all. I stay indoors most of the day anyways. It's on the weekend that's more important to me as we are usually outdoors. BTW, today is my wife's birthday and I don't have anything for her yet.

Well we have very high humidity here in our area. So the heat index yesterday was in the 105 range.

Don't look at me.... I don"t have a clue what your wife likes. Maybe something simple since she obviously likes you.

Now you know you can't take the inexpensive route. The wife got you a Rolex so I'm sure there must be a Rolex she would be interested in.

She's not into luxury watches. Not even luxury handbags like LV and Prada...thank God! She likes serious bling stuff though.

Hello Big Bro.

Didn't I read some time back that you where looking for a RF Demodulator for your laser disc player so you could experience digital surround sound audio with the movies you have in that format?

Well as I was perusing eBay, I came across a lightly used Yamaha DDP-1 processor.

Yamaha DDP-1

I'm not 100% sure if it will be compatible with the Pioneer but, I can't see why it wouldn't.

Here's the crazy part,.... I'm very familiar with the DPP-1 because I used to have one back in 1996-97. I had a Yammie RX-V2090 and I purchased the DDP-1 for laser disc and DVD digital playback. I ended up selling both pieces and acquiring the RX-V3000.
Regards,
Ldgibson76
