Oh, Lost in Translation too.
Any movie like that, where someone is in a different country and it's not a thriller, is usually cool with me. Outsourced is a personal favorite as well.

for me there are a (small) few. but the one that is always at the top of any list and that i've seen over 300 times is:
star wars episode 4: a new hope
disney films that need to be on blu-ray:
the adventures of ichabod and mr. toad | treasure island | 20,000 leagues under the sea | old yeller | darby o'gill and the little people | pollyanna | swiss family robinson | the absent-minded professor | big red | mary poppins | the world's greatest athlete |

House of 1000 Corpses on Blu-Ray.
Fast paced and gets better with every viewing for me. Total grindhouse feel and the perfect drinking movie.
My Set-Up: Panasonic PT-EAU7000 Full 3D Projector on a 120" screen and 7.1 Earthquake surround sound. Why go to the movies anymore?
